5/8/20 OTHER BROTHER IS LOOKING AFTER THIS AND TURNS OUT THEY CANT USE AGENT TO SELL HAS TO GO THRU LIFESTYLE AT THE RETIREMENT VILLAGE ******
7/7- really happy with both agents they explained everything, but it looks like Lifestyle has a strong hand in all of this and he needs to clarify with them on what they can or cant do they charge 2% comms to sell and 1% for selling admin fees. not sure yet what todo but both agents are great.
