14/7 Jody said spoke to client he wants too much for what its really worthHi Vicki sorry for the delayed response. Sold 4 since Friday and am under the pump!! To be honest Rocky wants more than what's its worth and doesn't want to list with anyone - just wants all the agents to sell it for him for top dollar without going on the market but also doesn't need to sell if you're catching my drift! Don't tell him I said that haha! 😂
