09/07/2022 - Susan/vendor : Hi, we are enduring with mediation, lawyers will be in touch if/when ready.
28/07/2020 - Susan/vendor : Yes I spoke w Michael and he did send a very rough estimate for centrelink purposes. He did promise to be in touch to do a meeting to organise a formal and accurate appraisal for sale or lease, after he returned from holidays, tho I’m not sure when that would be?
