24/07/2020 - Cameron: First open home at 21 Queen St tomorrow. Just one inspection this week but did get a written offer;
Cash, 30 days, No building/pest, $470k.
Sellers want $475k. Neither will budge so we're going to lose the buyer unfortunately. Real shame - I reckon that's as good as we'll get

17/07/2020 - FU texted to Cameron
9/07/2020 - Cameron: has already had a long chat with vendor - may even get a go ahead tonight
