WANTED TO BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST AND IS NOT GOING TO SELL WITH MCGRATH
rental manager - Anthony Cowie at Ray White (Lower North Shore)
She has previously dealt with another agent in my office FYI.
I gave her some good honest advice and I think that she will likely not sell until the new year as there is a tenant in the property currently who is quite untidy etc. Off course I would still honour the 20% referral if we list it in the future.
