7/05/2021 - Pam: this one should be settling towards the end of the month. The tenants are handing keys back around the 18th. Will be in touch as soon as it settles.
21/03/2021 - Pam:They are keen to sell, so fingers crossed!! Will let you know when we get a decent offer.
3/03/2021 - Pam: just a quick update regarding this property. I spoke with Nathania last week and she is keen to sell after this 6 month lease period, so we are going to list a bit closer to lease end date. (couple of months) It should sell this time round as they are motivated and market has improved. Will keep you posted.
6/01/2021- Pam: We tried to sell this one but requiring quite a bit of maintenance so owners were reluctant to drop their price too low. It is now rented for 6 months and we will try again then. I will let you know when we upload for sale again
13/12/2020 - Pam: The owners decided to put in a tenant for another 6 months and try and again as the offers were very low. Will let you know when we try again. Fingers crossed market keeps improving!
11/12/2020 - FU to Pam - withdrawn? - was only online for less than 8 weeks
9/10/2020 - Pam: The tenants have now vacated and it is going on the market next week, so will keep you posted once we get some contracts.
8/09/2020 - Pam: With regards to 31 Dustwill Street, we are waiting for the tenants to vacate early next month then we will list for sale. I will keep you posted on that one.
24/08/2020 - Pam: 31 Dustwill – We have not transferred this listing across to us. The tenant has decided to break lease at the end of September and move into a caravan to save, so owners are happy for us to try and sell it. The house is messy, so they are happy to wait until tenants are out so we can get some good photos. However, we are going to try and get some buyers through the door beforehand in case we get lucky and sell before then. We have two appointments lined up for later this week, so will be in contact with you then
21/07/2020 -Pam: She has given her agent 30 days notice so we will be taking over the management in a couple of weeks, then hopefully go to market in a couple of months. Will be in touch when she lists it. It is in a good area and will be a good listing too

13/07/2020 -You referred Nathania from 31 Dustwill street on Friday. She has agreed to move her rental across to us, so we will be taking over management within 30 days. The plan is to then sell it closer to when the tenancy is up. I will keep in contact with updates when I have more to report
10/07/2020 - Pam: I have spoken with Nathania and she indicated that she would be happy to transfer the rental across to me so that we can put it to market in August. I will let you know if she goes ahead.
