13/10/20 - Bev (vendor) replied, "I have already told you I would let you know when we are ready to sell our property. It is not easy packing up your childhood home as it is and we don't need to be constantly asked if we have made decisions about an agent or if the property is ready to go to market. It is upsetting and stressful. I would appreciate it if you stopped contacting me. I will let you know who we choose when we are ready to sell."
10/08/20 - Vendor advised, "we're not ready to put the house on the market just yet we needed an appraisal so we could lodge probate so have to get that done then finish packing up and clearing out the house etc before we can put it on the market
