BRIAN - Hi Natalie, vendors are most likely going to sell, as were looking at buying a unit, but when I explained they’d most likely then be paying Strata fees they were surprised. They are having other agents appraising their home, so not sure if I will win it or not at this stage, but I’ll follow up in a day or so. Thank you for the lead, always happy to get them from you.
