21/08/2020 - Daimin: Gave Martin the appraisal. On the phone he seemed to be happy with all the information I gave him however I haven’t heard from him since.
He did want to give the property a clean-up before putting up for sale however I have not heard from him in a few weeks, I want to give him a call but also don’t want to pester him.
