Also noticed was purchased 12/2019 - strange - said had owned for 2 years
7/08/2020 - Todd: I’ve left 2 messages with the owner of this property but haven’t had a call returned to date

24/07/2020 - FU to Tom re contact: No not at all and ive sent an email too. Very strange on the phone but we will continue to follow up
17/07/2020 - Tom: Called and owner said she had changed her mind and didn’t need an appraisal. Will call back in a few days and email her my details today.
