11/10/22-Not doing so good as far as interest goes on 36 Yalla Kool Dr – the market here in general is very quiet.
we did give Wade a very good offer a month ago but it was refused by him – they are not prepared to lower the asking price despite the downturn here in the market, so we lost those buyers. We have not had any enquiries on it since.
We have had a look at other properties in area and realise we would not be able to replace our property due to current market conditions.

3/9 AS2 email to Nicci - Nicci replied all on hold, elderly mother put in hospital, she is awaiting to hear from vendor as to when they will be ready.
24/7 Wade let me know he liked Nicci at Chincogan and that team will chose them still doing research.
