22/04/2021 - Callum: Sent text msg to Steve with recent sale results. Steve replied to recent results text msg - he said he has a tenant in the property until September 2021 and will be considering selling then.
21/07/2020 - Steve: I've received 2 phone calls. Still working out whether to sell or not.
18/07/2020 - Callum: Spoke with Steve, he said he is still undecided whether to sell or to lease out again, however is strongly considering selling. Confirmed tenant vacate date of 29th of September. He will be seeing is accountant within the next 14 days and will also seek his advice at that time before making any decisions. We spoke briefly about fees and appraisal price but did not go too deep at this stage.
