11/12/2020 - Mick: I got an email from her about 10 minutes ago and I have updated my appraisal as the market has improved since we last spoke. I've just sent it to her now. I think if it gets listed we will definitely get it
11/12/2020 - Mick: we do keep in touch with the solicitor at 28 Auk but she keeps saying it's a lot more complicated and a family issue. I'll touch base with her again today and thanks for touching base.
Vendor to Mick: "Hi Mick - thanks for the update. We've had a set back on listing the property. Will have to get the court grant first which im hoping will take 4-6 wks. Im on holidays atm until Tuesday so ill let you know once the grant is back from the Court as that will determine who has a say on who gets the listing"

14/10/2020 - Mick: Deceased estate, inspected property for an appraisal, have sent appraisal to solicitor to send of to executors, still awaiting response.
24/09/2020 - Mick: tNothing yet mate. Apparently I still have the issue with probate
15/08/2020 - Mick: We did the appraisal and it went really well. She wants to use me but the agent will be selected by a panel of lawyers as it is a deceased estate. We got on like a house on fire and she gave me the heads up of where I need to be in regards to comm. so we are in the mix. I have decided to cover all the marketing costs so we are certainly in with a really good shot.
