16/2/22 update from Derek - So Joe Zammit the owner did sign up with me but 2 days later did sign up with another agent for 6 months. The solicitors have advised him to withdraw from both agreements and mid April see what he wants to do and which agency he wants to sign with. We took photos last week and where getting a contract sent to us by his chosen conveyancer. Hopefully we can still be his chosen agent then, if he does sell now though he has been advised that he will need to pay 2 commissions.
20/01/22 Derek has informed me that the vendor has signed 3 different exclusive agreements. may not be able to sell until March
23/11/21 sent appraisal emails to vendor and agents - MJ15/11/21 Vendor asked for the details to be resent and Agent 1 has been in touch
20/10/2021 update from agent "Spoke to Joe, he is still waiting for the green light to travel from Qld Government to travel down and to do some reno's & clean ups at the property, hopefully around Mid to late November he will be here and in a position to List it for sale."

20/1 - Derek. Yes I have spoken to Joe numerous times the biggest issue he has his son living in there and not maintaining the condition of the home, with Covid Joe hasn’t been able to come down to the property to take the appropriate action. Last spoke to Joe on 31/12/20
