Ben advised - I’m taking buyers through it they don’t want to commit to an agent I’ll let you know if we have any success
Mal advised - They offered to do an off market listing, General Authority with myself and 3 other agents which I have declined. I’m still working on them and trying to convince them that’s not the right strategy – particularly in the current market.
8/7 Appraisals complete - waiting on Ruth
