8/10/2020 - spoke with Matthew, confirmed listed, mother passed and sister that was creating difficulty still residing at premises
22/07/2020 - Jan & John: Sister in law has refused to exit property / agents cannot appraise - will need to wait till her mother passes and the will is in place to get a result that will enable to sell.
