16/09/2020 - Ben: sent Tim another email, looks like a transfer of ownership happened in March 2020 (no agent)... could be family related. I'll let you know if he replies
17/08/2020 - Ashliegh: This was cancelled due to the large amount of rain the South Coast received a few weeks back now, however, I have followed a number of times and kept getting that they aren't in a rush to sell and would let me know when I can inspect - I'll keep you posted though.
