24/1/18 - David left Justyn an email saying he had left the client a voice message and thanked him for the lead
9/2 - Justyn contact David and asked how it was going
12/2 - David replied and said he spoke to the client but no opportunity to get through as yet as she did not live there and he would keep him posted
18/2 - Justyn asked for an update
19/2 - David replied that he had appraised the property and waiting to hear back from the owner regarding her decision.He states " I dont think she can sell yet because of the tenant but maybe later in the year"
Multiple emails sent to the vendor during 2019 - past opps seeing if she is still selling.
4/12 - David called after I sent congratulations through asking about our terms and conditions. He then stated he had a previous relationship with the owner and she had put it on the market with another agent during 2019 with no luck. He said the owner called him and asked if he had any buyers for her property and he sold it off market approx last week in November. The property was never advertised on market but advertised as SOLD this week. No sale price SC
