FAILED - OA CONFLICT - AGENT HAS PAID OA
They sold property off our referral but had an older referral from 01/2020 that OA invoiced and they paid under duress - Mark
Jodie Burley: I have spoken to OpenAgent this morning and Peter did accept a referral back In January 2020 – no appraisal was completed at the time.
They are still claiming the referral fee as your referral was in July – even though Peter listed the property off your lead.
Not much more I can do sorry.
