Delayed re bank loan - fixed rates - see notes / Feb 2021 sale?
31/07/2020 - Adrian: advise him of everything we know re vendor - delay re bank loan - owes bank virtually same as property value / tenants not being disturbed which is what he input
31/07/2020 - Adrian: I have spoken to the client, however he wasn't interested to sell at this stage because he doesn't want to disrupt the tenant and his family member has passed. He said to touch base with him tho as he may consider to sell. He wasn't too sure on what steps he wants to move forward with, I think he may want to hang on to the property for a little bit longer.
31/07/2020 - Kayla: the owner has a locked in home loan that will Cost heaps to change over or if he sold prior would have a big pay out to pay the bank. He is after a conversation closer to February. I have scheduled a call back for October so keep him up to date on market conditions.
