19/05/2021 - UD to Kapil: I actually just spoked with him yesterday & discused with him the change in the market since we spoke last time. His situation is that he has started building in Werribee & reckons will be completed by October or November & that's when he is going to put it on the market. I've put it in my diary to touch base in 3 months. 
07/01/2021 - Kapil: he is not selling at this stage. His expectations are more than what he can get for his house. I reckon he got the same message from all other agents he interviewed. I'll follow him up again in 2-3 months time.
