31/03/2021 - Tracey re repairs/online?: I haven't heard at all. I think it would still be under repair as most homes are.
23/02/2021 - Not listed online - awaiting insurance repairs / roof was destroyed
27/11/2020 - Tracey: Removed from market - house was severely damaged in the storms - hail came through the roof, insulation and onto the floor inside. Currently under insurance repairs = - hopes to go back on market early 2021 - REWA are honouring listings that were pulled re damage and listing again free of charge
2/10/2020 - Tracey: going online tomorrow - first open next weekend.
Vendor selling as wife is very ill - did not know that previously from vendor
