The property went under contract for $1,285,000.00
The property is now unconditional and settles on the 8th January 2021.
17/11 - Message from Clint - Just about to go unconditional once the deposit hits the trust account.
31/7 - We were so impressed by Clint that we will definitely be using him as our agent. We are still planning on selling but have decided to leave it for a year or two until we sell our business.
4/7 - Clint advised - Went really well. Caught up late yesterday. Lovely family. Will know more soon on whether they are going to sell or stay. :))2/7 Appraisal booked tomorrow
