7/10/2020 - Sandy /vendor: after some consideration and sleeping on the matter over night my husband decided he did not want to sell the unit.
The staff from L J Hooker come to discuss the matter, they were very professional with their approach which was very pleasing.
23/09/2020 - Julie: owners changed their mind about selling after I completed the comparative market analysis and marketing plan for this property
29/07/2020 - Sandy: Waiting for tenant decision re rent increase - due 1/10/202
1/10 deadline for acceptance of rent increase
28/07/2020 - Michael: I followed up with the client this morning and she advises that her husband has decided not to sell the property now. We spent about an hour with her yesterday and all seemed great.
27/07/2020 - Michael: We visited Sandy this afternoon. We are the only agents that have contacted her at this stage. She seemed fairly happy with what we discussed and I have to follow up at 9am in the morning
