8/09/2020 - Pam: Just touching base to let you know that I have followed up Gary at 22 Nautilus Parade but he is still waiting to sell his unit in Brisbane before he makes any decisions regarding his property at 22 Nautilus Parade.
Pam: 22 Nautilus Parade - I did an appraisal, then called and spoke to Gary last week. He told me that he needed to sell his unit in Brisbane before he could sell this house (something to do with his bank) He said he may have some interest in the unit, so I thought I would call him again this week and see how everything is going. I am hoping to get this listing so fingers crossed

28/07/2020 - Pam: I met with Gary this morning, hopefully it went well ! I will touch base with him again and let you know if he decides to list with me.
