RAMIN - There is a family disputes and there courts are taking longer than they anticipated. They may look at renting the home, still no updated yet however I feel we will get the listing when they are ready. Might be another 6 months awayRmin - Spoke to Lee yesterday and they are waiting for lawyers to go through the probate however is taking much longer than expected. Lee might be thinking of renting out the property now instead as per her text last night as she feels she is loosing too much income waiting for lawyers. She is very happy with myself and Starr so I feel she will proceed with us when they get the go ahead. Thanks for the lead
