28/07/2020 - Courtney: Lyn has confirmed she does not want to meet at all. Although she has not signed she said she was too busy to meet and had decided on who she was going with. I told her that we had sold the most amount of apartments this year across a number of suburbs in Brisbane above $1m and if she wasn't talking to us, then the isn't talking to the best agents for luxury high end apartments. She seemed concerned that i hadn't sold anything in her building and i said that was of no concern because we hold a number of records in buildings that we had not sold in because we don't get caught up on price - we simply have the best strategy to get the best result for her. I did ask who she had selected and she said that was not my business.
