8/10/20 - CLIENT: Helen said taking matters into her own hands disgraceful experience with Suzanne said the complete opp that Suz said does not require our assistance.
8/10/20 - Marc Lester - Marc pretty much said the same as Suzanne, he is not the agent for this lady cant Auction this as land has a lot of council restrictions on it which will prove costly for someone and therefore price is compromised, she wanted Auction and he was saying not the right way to sell it and she was 50-80% above his price, cant help her.
19/8/20 Suzanne called to say she is wiping her hands clean from this client, she is rude, unrealistic in price and cannot work with someone like this.
Suzanne called to say she is wiping her hands clean of this client she is nutty and abusive, she wants $300k above what she bought and the land is unsellable as not able to build, when she asked for the bank valuation the client lost it and Suzanne told her to take her business elsewhere, she hu on her.
