25/08/2020 - Nicholas: Sagar has decided to lease out the property. He already has a rental agent as he currently has an investment property. He will be moving into the investment property and then renting this one out later this year.
Shannon: Sagar is going to put his plans on hold at the moment with wanting to wait for the market value of his home to go up.
I have told him that’s not going to happen anytime soon but I will definitely stay in touch with him to hopefully list him when he is ready and let you know.
