26/5/22 SP2 email sent to Elaine for update
Land sales in Denial Bay have been slowly selling, however only at the lower end of the market. I have received a few email inquiries on this property, however no offers have come forth

29/10 Elaine: no inquiries, at all, thinks priced to high to check with client if he wants to reduce the price and to email her so she can do it.

24/6/21 Had it listed since March thinks its too high in price but see what happens, no water views from here.
