24/08/2020 - Pam: 74 Broomdykes Drive – sorry I did not get this one. They wanted mid 500’s and I was probably too honest, as nothing selling in the 5’s in that area, so they have listed with another agent

3/08/2020 - Pam: I met with Karen on Saturday and fingers crossed we get that one. She may not have liked my appraisal as wants mid 500’s and most of the properties in that area are selling in 400’s. I have told her I will try my best to get it for her, so will be in touch if she decides to go with me.
