31/07/2020 From Sophie Tod Lesley Willis and I have spoken and I have emailed her an appraisal. Lesley was very helpful with property details and I wish the market was stronger for her to sell the property but at the current time it isn’t. Unfortunately they bought the property in peak market of 2008 and the property in the current market would not achieve close to what they paid for it. Lesley now has the information and I would think not be placing the property on the market. Thank you for recommending me and I look forward to assisting future mutual clients.
