This was the sale where I missed out ! – they ended up selling it privately to their nominated buyer, I was able though to be able to put a SOLD on my portals. So I won’t be receiving any commission on this one unfortunately. Kate the owner will confirm this

17/09/2020 - Paul: Hoping to win / they have private buyer pending finance - trying to get as many to property as possible as they had private buyer before exclusive and if it sells to private buyer he has to walk from comms - Mark
16/9/20***** Kate said a friend is looking at buying it and if they do will not be paying commission to paul he is in agreement as this is there buyer, only used Paul as a pressure thing and he may also bring a buyer as well.

Anthony Ivey - did not have Covid plan said he will wing it did not like that she told him
Nicole Kemp like her but did not impress when she asked her what if they had private buyer what can you do re commission then?
