25/5/21 ** still selling not ready she is building and has not even got a slab down yet there is a huge back up of trades, etc to follow her up early next year she may have an idea then.
11/12/20 Hasi said vendor not ready until next year now.
20/10/20 Spoke to vendor, not quite ready needs to do painting throughout and cleaning roof tiles, going away in November ready by MID DECEMBER looking at $420k - UPDATED BOTH AGENTS.
2/10 AS email sent to client
18/8 Client needs another week to get house ready leaning towards Hasi but in discussions with all three may sign a 30 day first
6/8 Really liked Hasi but his 2.3% Plus gst was high, will talk to him about that and Danny Sharrett she had had ctc with him before possibly within the last 12 months.
