Yes the agents have been in touch.
However, due to the Melbourne lockdown and the border closures we still haven't been able to view the Hotel we are interested in purchasing in NSW.
Until we do that and are sure we want to proceed, there is no point in listing our house for sale.
Covid19 has messed up everyone's plans this year. Victoria is a shambles.

Hi Natalie. I have postponed the valuation until the Melbourne lockdown ends in 5 weeks. Both YPA and Biggen Scott will be valuing. Reliant could not meet our expectations. Thanks Dave
ABEEL - Hi Natalie, As per my last conversation with him ( 4 weeks ago) he wanted to renovate the house. I’ve called him but couldn’t get a hold of him. I’ll give him a call close to when we can do inspections and update you accordingly.
