Cameron: sold by Trent from our office - he had listed it previous to your lead. seller withdrew after i got her asking price offer earlier this year. out of pocket $2400 from her withdrawing. trent was out of pocket $1800 from her doing the same thing in 2020 then withdrawing/listing with century 21

30/06/2021 - VML to call - need tyo investigate further. I believe a valid referral, however need more info from Cameron as claiming pre existing - I sent original lead to both via Cameron's email
22/06/2021 - VM to Cameron to call - I sent on 7/08/2021 to him and Trent together

28/01/2021 - Cameron update: Agent noted that Seller Dianne took off market. He then saw her having coffee with another buyer he introduced so will keep check on database to see who she sells to (if the buyer - then he will take up with solicitors as within his 90 days)
14/01/2021 - Cameron: Unfortunately I presented a cash offer at asking price for the seller of 101/89 Landsborough , and to my surprise (horror!) she said "no, and please take it off the market". Absolute waste of time and money
