Spoke to Claire, Unit market not that good, he wants in the $300's only worth in the $250 mark, needs info for his financier, Clare said he will sell next year, or needs to think whether he cuts his losses now and get out of that investment into something else.
Claudia said she appraised last year October, he wanted a lot of money for it but now not responsive
