24/09/2020 - Kevin: I have only recently received consent from our lender to sell the property but have been in touch with Michael Gilbertson from Open Property and been unsuccessful in contacting Dean Dank and not received any communication from David Bishop of Page & Pearce. Now that I have the ‘go ahead’ from our lender, I will be in communication with these and a few more prior to making a decision on who to entrust with the sale of the property to yield the best possible price within the current market. I will be focusing on this matter from early next week and will let you know the progress and decision regarding which real estate will handle the sale.19/08/2020 - Appraisal? to Dean + Michael / David confirmed already
