I have spoken to this person which unfortunately isn't the owner or executor of the estate. She is is in a legal battle with her family and has no authority to list the home for sale. I have spoken with her on 3-4 occasions at this point.
1/12 - Matt - appraisal booked for january 21st
they are just waiting on the will and need to finalise the estate. we sent her an email so she has our details and said we'll call back in a month. early stages to do anything
