14/3 - Kevin - I have been in contact with Peter he has now decided to do a renovation and rent it out. Kevin.
10/3 - Kevin - Still in contact with Peter not ready to list yet.
12/2 - Kevin - Spoke to Peter his mum passed away he is cleaning up the property ready to sell. Kevin.
4/11/2020 - Kevin: our property manager gave Peter a rental appraisal had nothing back. When I last spoke to him he is still deciding what to do.- Mark
14/10/2020 - Kevin meeting with client this Saturday - will UD as he goes - Mark
11/9 Kevin - I have had a look at the property and spoke to Peter. He doesn’t know if he is going to sell rent out or buy it himself. His mother is in a nursing home so he has to discuss it with her. I will let you know when I have an update.
