Yes, unfortunately I terminated my agreement with Sandra. I appreciate your but I wasn't willing to work with her the further we progressed.
8/10/20 John Merton politely bowed out the client is very eccentric and wants $450+ for a $320k property, quite average and she is a controlling person politely bowed out cant do it.
7/10/20 JOnathon Merton heading there today to appraise.
