Jess: These guys are still tossing out what to do as they are wanting to build a new house first I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything further

25/08/2020 - Matt: I have now met with Neel and will be providing some follow up information today. They are looking to secure a block of land towards the end of September and will therefore not be making a decision about selling etc until that has become clearer.
