Jess: These guys are still tossing out what to do as they are wanting to build a new house first I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything further
25/09/2020 - Matt: Neel is still trying to find the right block to build his new home. Not in a position to put his property on the market just yet.
25/08/2020 - Matt: I have now met with Neel and will be providing some follow up information today. They are looking to secure a block of land towards the end of September and will therefore not be making a decision about selling etc until that has become clearer.
24/08/2020 - Shaun: Appraisal completed. Sellers are not in position to sell or rent out til October 2021 at least
21/08/2020 - Matt: I am booked in to see Neel on Monday 24 August at 11am.
Shaun: Spoke and booked appraisal on coming Monday at 1:pm.
