4 bed Investment property. Belongs to Rochelle's mother Lorna Henricus. Lorna is in Sydney, and Rochelle will be organising agents. Property was the mum and dad's, mum moved to Sydney withsister Michelle when her dad died, around 3 years ago.

7/10/20 Message from Daniel - Trouble with the tenant not wanting to move out. Went to VCAT and was not successful. They will look to sell at the start of the new year.
