Shannon: Monica has been back and fourth a few times and the last update was she was getting her tenancy agreement sorted through her solicitor and was going to send me the contract once prepared. She wanted to do an off market to being with, ill touch base with her today
Nicholas: I have been speaking with Monica but she is not ready to market the property.
31/08/2020 - Nichlas: I have done an appraisal on Monica's property at 24 Webber Loop, Oran Park. She is in the process of getting more details about the lease from Metricon Homes and if there are any clauses regarding selling the property and how it affects any potential purchasers.
31/08/2020 - Shannon: I've reached out to Monica a few times with her saying she'll get back to me.
I ended up appraising a home in the street behind so went through her display anyway and sent her through a CMA this morning via email and let her know to get back to me. At this stage she's hard to get a hold of I'm not sure how urgent she wants it sold from the feeling I get. I'll get back to you as soon as that happens hopefully
