320/06/2021 - Greg: I'm a low pressure agent. I think we can do the deal. Buyer was my oldest son's teacher here. Bigger issue is the owners arguing. Time heals, working on that too.

25/08/2020 - Greg: I took a quick photo without being caught. The Council Tip is in a tidier state: engine parts, garbage overflowing and stockpiled tyres. I recommend you giving them notice as the property is in no fit state to market at present with them in it. These tenants are a disgrace!
Untidy is not the word. I have suggested that she breach them, give them the 14 days to clean it and then punt them within the next 14 days. If you are talking with her, I will suggest me getting it listed and I can do the groundwork up here on her behalf. Bundaberg Tip is tidier.

25/08/2020 - Brent: Jenny is very unaware of the circumstances surrounding her tenancy which is super concerning - she self-manages but doesn't know how many people are in the house or their full names and is concerned they've trashed the property. I'm very dubious about my chances of being able to do an appraisal. I'm waiting on contact from Jenny to arrange.
