23/10/20 Not selling in the next 6-12 months, property hard to price unique spent more money on it than can get back, agents appraisals were pretty comparible, around $1.1 most Also spoke to Ray White and one other.
9/9/20 James met he said not selling- Reece said he got no response from client after initial visit.
