14/03/19 - Robert called to update, Sarah Adelaide based bought property from developer at an inflated price paid $365k house and land, house is near housing commission area, only worth between $3-$320k so if she sells now will have to take a $50k loss which she cant afford. House is rented for $360p/week and pays interest off. Rob suggested we touch base in 6 months time.

03/04/18 - Agent Robert Cavallaro said, inspected the property, large amount of damage requires urgent repairs, vendor is seeking that managing agent look into repairs to see if she can claim the damage through her insurance
