Property is part of huge lot, Looking at selling 2x blocks of land at the back which are in final stages with council for DA approval for 2 house and land packages, in a company name Geoff director. Also has a dwelling built at the front 3x2x2 unit 121 sqm living space, may sell that as well but priority are the two blocks. Knows alot of the agents, not Alex Debag wants agent to work for him.
