WA government has a now extended laws for tenants which make it extremely difficult to evict tenants till 29/3/2021 & no rent increases till then as well.
It makes it hard to sell a tenanted property as the new buyers inherit this conditions. Also unclear what the WA government will do after the 29/3/2021. This uncertainty also making buyers cautious of purchasing a tenanted property.
