225/10/21 - sent FU email to vendor - MJ8/9 Craig said wrong address was provided its 138 Wollaston Ave not 13a, (changed the address on the opp) its not 10 acres and had difficulty speaking to client who's English not good and who just wanted price, if we can get more info for Craig eg, how did they get 10 acres are there other properties next to it on different titles?? He just needs more info so he can price properly and he has buyers for this type ***** vf
